Matthew here and I would just like to tell you a little about myself, now there is not really much to know about me, but some things that might interest you is that I am a baker, I really don't know what struck the match to make me curious as to what I could make with flour and an oven but I remember that I was in my FACS (Family and Consumer Sciences) class and we started the cooking unit and we had somethings that we would make such as cookies. I was really excited the night before that we were making cookies so I found the recipe on my teachers page and I made them the night before and my parents and family loved them. So now I go on more difficult baking such as bread and pies and other advanced recipes.
Another thing that I would like to tell you is that I am an Uncle to two (soon to be three).

Olivia and Connor (you can see pictures of them here) love to come over to "Nanna's and Papa's" and mess around with Rachel and I, they are two tornados, whenever they come over you are sure to find a huge mess. They are pretty much the cutest people to walk this earth. The whole family loves them to pieces.
Lastly there is Long-boarding and skiing. I love it so much, it is the best thing that man has ever created for his enjoyment. I love to go around town to just to find anything that has a slope steep enough to carve. I also love to go and find any ski run that is hard enough to give me a real challenge.
All in all I love to Ski, Long-board, and bake and I love my niece and nephew to pieces!
